Shipping & Returns
We offer shipping with USPS (First Class or Priority Mail, 2-5 days) or UPS Ground on all orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. We ship all orders within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. We're happy to take returns within 20 days of received date - email for a return label with reason for your return.

Rush 2 day orders (UPS 2 day) need to be placed by 10 am CST and do not include weekend delivery, UPS 2 day also depends on your location.

1) Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and item(s) you wish to return, and reason.
2) Customer service will issue you a prepaid return USPS shipping label via email. Tape on return label and put in mailbox.
Returns: Shipping charges are not eligible for refund. If your order was over $99 and your return reduces the value less than $99 (for our free shipping), this will be deducted. Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund, depending on number of units returned.
No Exchanges: We don't do "exchanges" since sizes sell out fast, but please email us for a free shipping code and return request, place a new order online for the size you need. Please send the item back as soon as possible to address below, we will refund your initial order once we receive those items back.
To receive a refund, all items must be unworn with hangtags attached and neatly folded please in original packaging (a fee will be applied for missing packaging). Returns must be shipped back within 30 days from date received (December gifts extended), for a refund to be issued back to the original method of payment. If an item is returned past 30 days a late return fee may be applied.
Single orders with 10 or more items returned will incur a 10-15% restocking fee.
Outlet page styles & Clearance Event sales are final (no returns).
Once we receive your returned item, we will email you a confirmation of refund.

We can only process returns and exchanges for items shipped directly by www.littlemisstennis.com If you purchased an item from another website or retail location, you will need to return this according to that retailer's policies.How can I track my package?
Once your item has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email providing the tracking number for your package. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, please contact us.Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Please note we can't take returns from Canada and international orders outside of USA, due to US Customs & shipping restrictions. You may be charged a VAT or duty import fee by your country postal service. See shipping cost at checkout, we ship USPS Intl Priority or First Class which usually takes 17-24 days. Please email us if you have questions on sizing. Due to COVID-19 please order early, expect 3-4 weeks for international shipments.

If you notice a mistake on your order or need to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped yet, most errors can be changed.
Sales Tax - Only on orders shipped in Minnesota (about 6.85%)
